    ND Mike did you notice we line the Dutch oven with foil. Makes clean up a breeze

        I browned some pork chops, then sauteed some onions, red bell peppers and calabaza squash. Then I tossed the pork chops back in, added mushrooms, artichoke hearts and the spaghetti sauce. Mixed it all together and put it in the oven for about 2 hours. I then put it over some spaghetti and served it with a kicker side of goat cheese.

          kyle looks great. I need to do a test run at home. My next camping trip isn’t until the last week in September.

                            GWG8541 I also raise okra. My wife fries mine just like yours. Nothing better than fresh okra. Everything else looks delicious.
