I browned some pork chops, then sauteed some onions, red bell peppers and calabaza squash. Then I tossed the pork chops back in, added mushrooms, artichoke hearts and the spaghetti sauce. Mixed it all together and put it in the oven for about 2 hours. I then put it over some spaghetti and served it with a kicker side of goat cheese.

The wife is so happy she finally got to try the dump cake in the fire at the campground. Turned out great. Thanks for the recipe

kyle looks great. I need to do a test run at home. My next camping trip isn’t until the last week in September.

Smoked pork tenderloin today with fried okra and green tomatoes straight from the garden. It may not be real healthy, but man was it good.

GWG8541 I also raise okra. My wife fries mine just like yours. Nothing better than fresh okra. Everything else looks delicious.

wdaly I had a great crop last year. I breaded some and put them on a baking sheet in the freezer to flash freeze. Popped them in a zip lock and had some fried okra into December. They fried up great… Im hoping to have a little extra to work with this season also.
