Onion and Garlic Brats from Waltons. We added high temp cheddar and pre-cooked bacon to the mix. Makes for a tasty brat! I was lazy so I heated a can of beans on the Weber.

ND Mike Nothing Lazy about that. That is true grilling. We have done it many times in years passed. Like that bacon idea a lot & glad to hear it worked. I had thought about using ham, but bacon takes it to a whole nother level.

Made fresh walleye and homemade french fries on my finest chinette! life is good!RON PARRISH That looks great, nothing like Walley fried light!

KETO Spanish rice. I wasn’t sure how good this would be, but I was very happy with the results.

Please tell me what makes it “keto”?
Is it actually rice? -

So I’m off the hook for hosting this weekend, since we will be at a friend’s house one evening and at family’s the next. Tonight its just my beautiful wife and I for dinner and she wanted Mongolian chicken with fried noodles aka Yaki Soba. So I did my best to bring the two countries together on the outdoor griddle. It turned out better than I thought and more importantly, the wife was happy.

lkrfletcher I have tried and tried and just can’t accept cauliflower riced. The best I could get with it is stuffed peppers and pizza crust. Everything else just didn’t cut it.
-
I didn’t take any pictures but I did a venison backstrap in the sous vide.
-
Made candied bacon Came out great. A perfectly balanced meal.

-
jpurol Looking good. We need a picture of the final product. Do you wrap your ribs after some given time?
-

Chicken thighs 3 ways. Salt, pepper, garlic. Nashville hot seasoning. Chili lime seasoning.
-

Polish sausage getting ready to go and turkey ribs off to the smoker.

Here is the final products!!! Thank you @Walton’s for helping make another successful 4th dinner with your wonderful rubs and spices!

Since I got off easy from cooking this weekend and heading out to a friend’s this evening, my contribution today is definitely not keto friendly. In honor of Chef I did my Chocolate Bourbon Pecan pie and a fresh Strawberry pie.

GWG8541 That strawberry pie looks very refreshing. I haven’t made one in a number of years.
