I am also very close to pulling the trigger on the PK100. Looking for thoughts and feedback. This is a large ticket item for me. Also have seen both pellet and sawdust on reviews - thoughts?

I must say that I am really liking the Sous Vide style of cooking lately. Makes incredible chicken. I used last months sale BBQ sauce and wow.!

I seared them on my griddle. Maybe 30 seconds on each side. It was hot. 500 degrees. Picture kinda looks dry but I would say the chicken was near perfect.
