Onion and Garlic Brats from Waltons. We added high temp cheddar and pre-cooked bacon to the mix. Makes for a tasty brat! I was lazy so I heated a can of beans on the Weber.

Jonathon I work in the health care industry at a major hospital. To be clear, I am not a clinician. The bottom line is it definitely a personal choice. There is way to much we do not know, and yes there was a big rush in attempt to get ahead of this. Having said that, I opted to get the vaccine after a high school friend contracted COVID and died in about 2 weeks. I had a heart to heart with my family Doc and he thought it would be best in my situation. I think you hit the nail on the head by doing the best that you can to take care of yourself and making sure your nutritional in take is on track. What is good for one person, may not be the best option for the next one. Only time will reveal the details of all of this. To add levity to the topic and since I am not a medical practitioner, but do drink with some, I highly recommend good Bourbon or Tennessee sour mash help kill those bad germs. Enjoy life, it can be way to short.

ND Mike Nothing Lazy about that. That is true grilling. We have done it many times in years passed. Like that bacon idea a lot & glad to hear it worked. I had thought about using ham, but bacon takes it to a whole nother level.

So I’m off the hook for hosting this weekend, since we will be at a friend’s house one evening and at family’s the next. Tonight its just my beautiful wife and I for dinner and she wanted Mongolian chicken with fried noodles aka Yaki Soba. So I did my best to bring the two countries together on the outdoor griddle. It turned out better than I thought and more importantly, the wife was happy.
