Oven roasted pork tenderloin seasoned with the Spiceology Rosemary Dijon seasoning, cooked to a perfect 145°. Then I made some stewed kale with a homemade ham hack broth, bacon, onions, and other various seasonings. Then grilled some cauliflower.

HerbcoFood that looks great. The Hillbilly in me was hoping for turnip, collards, or mustard greens but kale will work. That meal not only looks great, but is well balanced. Perfect

GWG8541 Thanks, I did ask my wife if I should do collards, she said kale wanted kale, so I said cool, the taste will be really close anyway.

. I like your fish clamp.Skin-on salmon is pretty easy to grill with normal tongs. This was skinless which is too delicate for me to manage without the clamp.

cdavis Charley, it is also a great way to grill veggies. When I grill kabobs, I can put several in there and it streamlines flipping them on the fire. But grilling fish is where it really shines.
