Oven roasted pork tenderloin seasoned with the Spiceology Rosemary Dijon seasoning, cooked to a perfect 145°. Then I made some stewed kale with a homemade ham hack broth, bacon, onions, and other various seasonings. Then grilled some cauliflower.

A little oven baked catfish. Jamieson22 I did not fry it this time. Its baked with a spicy cornmeal breading and it tastes great. Just added a salad and a beer.

GWG8541 Nothing like getting trimmed down for the holidays. My taste buds were lighting up.

HerbcoFood Nice try at it being a “healthy” meal. Throwing Kale into the mix with bacon and ham broth makes it healthier. Right???

HerbcoFood that looks great. The Hillbilly in me was hoping for turnip, collards, or mustard greens but kale will work. That meal not only looks great, but is well balanced. Perfect
