    Turkey tetrazzini. Used up some leftover meat from a turkey I smoked. Turned out great.

    Deepwoodsbutcher Nice. There’s so much you can do with left over turkey. Once it’s been smoked, the left overs are even better.

        gus4416 I think that is one of the reasons my wife and I get along she likes the breast and I like thighs and legs. LOL

            ND Mike Now you are really making me jealous and homesick. We used to catch the small Northerns (hammer handles) and dad would make pickled fish, I loved that also.

                ND Mike that is awesome fish fry when we used to go to Florida for the winter there was 3 of us that would fish for crappie once a week when we got enough we would have people over and fry them all up and have a pot luck and we furnished the fish good looking meal

                    RON PARRISH no, but it did have some sprite for carbonation. I usually do it as a beer batter but I only had one left and I wanted to drink it!

                      bocephus pickled northern is great! I’ve learned to take the y-bones out to do pike boneless. I like eating pike. Except this time of year from shallow lakes. The meat gets kinda mushy.

                                HerbcoFood great looking chicken. I use buttermilk before coating too and find it really helps make a great crunch.
