Tex_77 you should definitely be good for a few hours. I got off easy, my wife only requested an egg scramble with ham, onion, mushrooms, and smoked cheddar. You definitely have 4 times more in the bank than I do.

Made eggs, ham and hashbrowns for breakfast, my wife’s favorite breakfast. Supper will be grilled t-bone steaks with red beets.

So i traded about a pounds of brats and 3 pounds breakfast sausage for, 4 1" 1/2 t-bones, so i thought Mother’s Day would be a great day to cook a couple up. I also made some lyonanse potatoes and creamed spinach to go with it!
