Today in the early morning, I started to prepare avocado toast. The creamy avocado spread onto well-toasted bread is one of my favourite quick breakfasts during most working hours.

zbigjeff Spring has been crazy here. 80’S on the weekend and 50’s now. Frost at night. asparagus has been burnt off once from frost

cdavis I would love to see a picture of some of your asparagus, I just learned here this month you could grow it well at home, thx!

cdavis Mine is just starting to ramp up strong. It was a little spotty but got enough for a couple of meals. Mine is in a bed thats 8 feet wide and 20 ft long. when it takes off you can hardly use it fast enough

Spatchcocked and smoked a whole chicken. Also made some apple coleslaw to go along with it.
Tex_77 looks good. Wouldn’t give the recipe for that slaw would you?

RON PARRISH wow now that is an asparagus bed. Mine is only 4x8. I wish it was bigger
. My wife and kids eat it so fast that I never get seconds.
