My Bad Chefs!
I’ve been under the gun cleaning and getting the house in order for the arrival of our one and only child with our only 2 littles. I’ve been preparing for a BBQ spread to the likes that none have seen before! The weather was looking Great a week ago, now it has went way South! Looks like we are going to have an overwhelming house full now with nowhere to put them!@dennyo-s I agree with JoeB , they are coming to see you, everything else is secondary

Grilled Supreme pizza brat with bacon and mozzarella cheese on the bun, Jerry’s Brat with cheddar and sweet potato fries. Slathered on some Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard and Bacon Pepper Dip on both brats.

I was going to fire up the grill for the first time this year, rain started, no problem. Well that changed to snow and it is sticking. So back to CI and the stove. Cooked up a T-bone and a cowboy ribeye and added some sides, life is good.

Today in the early morning, I started to prepare avocado toast. The creamy avocado spread onto well-toasted bread is one of my favourite quick breakfasts during most working hours.
