    Enchiladas two ways. Half are beef with red sauce filling and the other half are chicken with a verde sauce filling. All pretty tasty…wayyyy too much food for 2.5 people though!

      Broke out the Summer Sausage and the Smoked Gouda.
      I wasn’t sure I would like these small summer sausage casings, but they are the perfect size.

          lkrfletcher Those look as good as they sound. Looks like steak, onions, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. Am I missing anything?
