cdavis Your water must be like mine, always get the white film on the jars. That is why I used bottled water for drinking and sausage making.

My wife picked this colorful bowl of peppers. My hands started to get warm just holding it.

kyle Looks really good, I do mine in pint jars as it is just my wife and I. Any I give away I figure if they need more they can open another jar. Also I sometimes cut a jalapeno in half length wise and put in some of the jars. Nice change of pace with a little heat.

Canning homemade pasta sauce tonight! This will def. beat what Jonathon uses out of a can!
