Tex_77 calldoctoday I don’t want calldotortoday to over indulge. So, send him half and me the other half and we will advise. No, I never had it and would love the try it. I saw it a long time back. But, haven’t seen it here for some time. We’re just trying to help.

GWG8541 You’re correct. Mine just vanished about 1.5 inches today alone. It’s leaking somehow. Darn it.

GWG8541 Ya know, this is getting to be a problem. Both the Woodinville in Port Casks and the Yellowstone Rye evaporated a little more last night. I need to put a timed camera on these two. Didn’t see any of the others in the arsenal dissipate like that.

zbigjeff Yep and they would not refund my money. I had to buy a new bottle.

Tex_77 I had a bottle a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I also got it as a gift. I understand the distillery has diversified a little and has several blends out now. Enjoy

I broke open the Basil Hayden’s Caribbean Reserve Rye finished in Rum barrels. It is a real good one. My original plan was to finish off the Eagle Rare next, but the new one is worth a second glass instead. Slainte 20210423_232759.jpg

GWG8541 The Basil H is a very good choice. The Eagle Rare will start the party the next time.

Joe Hell Yep, my Eagle Rare in the arsenal is being placed on the “replenish” list after checking levels of all last night. Since when is “is hitting” the “replenish” list (the “is hitting” was censored) bad words??? I replaced that with “placed on”. Sorry that I was a very, very, bad boy.

Joe Hell zbigjeff same with me gentlemen. I got tired of searching for it at my local liquor stores because of all these bourbon pirates following the delivery trucks and buying it to resale. I ussually stay 1 or 2 bottles ahead, but decided I needed a COVID stash. Im up 4 right now. 20210424_134252.jpg

GWG8541 Since the liquor store was the only place my buds and I visited during the “depression” (I mean isolation), I’m up about a plus 12-15 from an already pretty large arsenal. I did reduce some of the inventory during Zoom calls. Now, that most of us have 2 jabs, the tasting parties are returning. I need to find more types of storage that have 2-3 levels more.

lkrfletcher That is beautiful. Design and get the flavors you want. Excellent use of the sous vide world to drastically reduce the time to infuse. Yep, sometimes it takes time to develop THAT taste. But, once you nail it, then you celebrate. You da man!!!

Crown Royal all the way!! Peach Crown and tea when I can get it. Apple Crown and Squirt is refreshing. Beer - There’s always Modelo (Especial or Negro) in my beer fridge, but any dark amber will work. Don’t get me wrong. I will also drink “Yours”. You know, whatever you have in hand and are offering.

That’s quite artistic even. Like your line-up as well. Nothing bottom shelf there. It does make a difference.

Now I want a margarita… Hmm, it is taco Tuesday.

lkrfletcher that is some awesome looking infusion. If it tastes as good as it looks, it should be an amazing drink.
