36 out today. Heat wave. Been awhile. 

Some special seasonings and a little Excalibur Bloody Mary Wing Shake.
Awesome.Maybe low 40’s tomorrow. Probably people tanning.

Just me and the brothers again. Christian Brothers that is.

PapaSop 60+ degrees here in Team Blue territory today, and more of the same tomorrow! Perhaps it’s time you switched teams!

Got a little steak action in on the propane grill yesterday, while PK360 was busy smoking a pork butt.

Tonight’s dinner to cheer on the 49ers super bowl victory is complete.
St Louis style ribs glazed with a homemade raspberry chipotle glaze, bollywood style sweet potatoes and pineapple coated with cinnamon toast blend.
All done on the Rec Tec WyldSide.

How was first reverse? Looks great. -

Keep trying. Took a few steaks to figure it out but have it down pretty well now. -

Comfort food.
Old favorite. Not sure if it’s because it’s already below zero but… Simple but really good. Fried a couple of chops, salt and pepper, a hint of garlic powder. Covered in cream of mushroom and simmered. Mashed taters covered in the above. Some canned beets for dessert.
