My wife is making a roadtrip, so I made her and daughter some brisket breakfast tortillas to eat and take with. Fried white corn tortillas, scrambled eggs with lots of cheese in them, and a slice of brisket!
Also checked her tire pressures, oil, and coolant, so I’m in good graces with her this morning!

Made 12.5 lbs. of Habanero Bbq w/ high temp cheddar snack sticks. Great stuff, I also added sure gel and encapsulated citric acid. Turned out excellent EB8057C6-1638-4A47-B3AC-5A5C4D430098.jpeg 5CF916C8-EC6B-4F07-82DE-F3C85E8A173D.jpeg72E9A52F-FFAA-4351-996B-AD0CFEE03D80.jpeg

Nothing fancy just some pulled pork and taco meat nachos for a quick meal. Its a good way to use up leftover pulled pork. 20220626_180813.jpg

mrobisr GWG8541 if you like turnips, do you eat parsnips as well? They are my favorite veggie. This older lady by me makes me parsnip fritters when I give her parsnips. They are to die for

lkrfletcher and Surg Ive been on a shrimp kick too! Love a scampi like shrimp dish! Trying to get better at scallops but they are pretty delicate and are easy to overcook.

kyle I replace the salt, oregano and pepper I would normally add with the Buffalo Ranch seasoning I have been playing with. Still added some lemon (about half what I normally would) olive oil, white wine and butter. I was going to add some green onions but decided not to, I am trying to see what this seasoning needs more, or less of when cooked with.

When lobstahs are 8.99/lb and oystahs are 1 each you get this. I’m good, what is everyone else eating? Oh and a couple of the garlic and onion brat w/cheddar. I made 25#s today. 25# supreme pizza brats tomorrow.

ND Mike They look good, I have a brother and sister that live in Memphis, and those are big there. I don’t mind them but prefer taco meat, must be because I live in NM.
