                PapaSop They link really good as long as you are careful not to overfill them. I had never used them before when I made my first batch and filled them a bit tight. Had a couple slide out of the casings in the water bath from casing breaking at the twist and ties… They are pretty durable though.

                  PapaSop first time doing European twisting on hot dog…I do it on fresh sausageall the time

                              Pivodog taste is amazing it was a premix but add other spices to it

                                      Pivodog very easy casing to work with just don’t over stuff them or they will blow out
