JohnG5 A bagel with pan sausage is underrated…now add some cream cheese and we are next level into flavor town!

HerbcoFood I had some blueberry and lemon cream cheese to put on the bagel, but I didn’t use it.

processhead that has to be one of the healthier looking meals I’ve seen posted on here in awhile and it looks delicious. The tap set up looks awesome.

HerbcoFood A friend comes up every Thanksgiving to hear polkas and dance. First thing that comes out of her mouth is “You do have the two different breakfast patties I like for making Mcbuuks?”. Next thing is “You do have a smoked ribeye?” and then, “You are making shrimp and grits? Can’t find 'em Georgia or South Carolina like you make 'em.” Well, it looks like I’m good for something.

Another by chance lunch at Walton’s. We started the day by making Maple Bacon Snack Sticks. With the leftover meat I made patties and added a blueberry bagel I had brought for lunch. The bagel was perfect for the maple bacon pork burger. I didn’t even use any dressing or sauce and it was great!Maple bacon.jpg

GWG8541 Many people I’ve mentioned the words miso, gochujang or koji looked at me like I had 6 eyes. Then, they tasted a dish with one of them and said “now, that’s a different taste that’s good”. People just have a tough time going out of their comfort zones. That looks like a mighty tasty meal.

zbigjeff yeah, I learned to like it in Korea. As a young Marine, it was always easier after a few beers to try new foods. Now that I’m a fat old guy, I look forward to it and even try new foods without the alcohol.

Just pulled my ham off the smoker after 10 hours. Letting it cool before I wrap it and set it to the fridge overnight, then I will vacuum seal it and put it away in the freezer for Christmas. May have to steal a small sample first though, it smells so good right now. Made it from a boneless butt. They come out really good. IMG_0257.JPG IMG_0259.JPG Took a sample and a picture of what it looks like. It came off the small point, the picture really doesn’t show the real deep color it has. IMG_0261.JPG
