So I purchased the 11lb stuffer a few months ago but I’m having a real hard time keeping it on the table. I have one hand on the casings and sausage and one on the handle but at times it starts to slip away from me.

    Am I an idiot? Lol

BobbyMac I purchased a dedicated table for stuffing/processing. I have put holes in the table to bolt the stuffer to the table. This I highly recommend! Hope this helps!

I also have a 11lb. stuffer. I screwed mine to a piece of plywood and then I clamp that to my work bench and can tighten it down as tight as I want without damaging my stuffer base.

BobbyMac HaHa! I know what you mean. I just finished stuffing 19mm jalapeno cheddar snack sticks. What made it easier was flipping the handle every 180. Next time will be clamping down.

BobbyMac Yes, a clamp is essential if you are working by yourself. The only other option I have ever seen that worked better was someone removed the baseplate and then bolted it directly to/through the table! Now, you have to have a table you don’t mind ruining bit it didn’t look like that thing was going to rock!

Joe Hell That looks awesome! I’ll definitely try clamping it to the table. Don’t want to screw it to the table as it’s a very nice stainless table I bought from a local pizza place going out of business.

                                Thanks again!
