BobbyMac HaHa! I know what you mean. I just finished stuffing 19mm jalapeno cheddar snack sticks. What made it easier was flipping the handle every 180. Next time will be clamping down.

Anyone try making chorizo snack sticks? I have both types of chorizo seasoning from Walton’s, which I use to make fresh breakfast sausage.

I have some 65mm (2 1/2") x 18" Collagen Casings, would these work? I don’t have a slicer (yet) so I’ll have to cut with a knife. Just wondering about Collagen and freezing/cutting.
