Its a hot one today and we have been working on our garage. I managed to get my first zucchini from the garden. I cooked it on the outdoor griddle with mushrooms and onions. I marinated some chicken tenders and cooked them on the griddle also. Nice light and tasty meal.

GWG8541 Looks love a great meal, for sure. Still a couple weeks before I get any squash. Captured the first squash Vine borer wasp yesterday. Didn’t find any eggs but will have to watch them close now.

zbigjeff That’s the joke around here. Lock you car, the zucchini are here and people will put a bag in the back seat.

My wife is making a roadtrip, so I made her and daughter some brisket breakfast tortillas to eat and take with. Fried white corn tortillas, scrambled eggs with lots of cheese in them, and a slice of brisket!
Also checked her tire pressures, oil, and coolant, so I’m in good graces with her this morning!

ND Mike Now that is what I like. Could use some of that to cool down today with a few cool ones to chase it. Lot’s of work still left though in my non-air conditioned office. You have got to be able to take the heat. Will be making brisket burritos with reduced baracho beans for dinner tonight. That is some kind of 42nd anniversary dinner isn’t it?

My wife is making a roadtrip, so I made her and daughter some brisket breakfast tortillas to eat and take with. Fried white corn tortillas, scrambled eggs with lots of cheese in them, and a slice of brisket!
Also checked her tire pressures, oil, and coolant, so I’m in good graces with her this morning!

Made 12.5 lbs. of Habanero Bbq w/ high temp cheddar snack sticks. Great stuff, I also added sure gel and encapsulated citric acid.
