Costco’s chicken salad which is pretty good, cheese, serrano’s, avocado, and wrapped in some sort of flat bread I get at Costco.

A simple hamburger pasta. Reminiscent of what hamburger helper is. Pasta is cooked in the skillet in chicken broth, bell pepper, onion and ground beef. Pepper jack, provolone, and a little bit of cheddar.

RafterW I used to eat hamburger helper when I was single, thought it was pretty good, now I don’t think you could force me to buy it. Amazingly when I was young easy meant good. I would make your homemade version though, nice job.

Cooler day today with rain on and off so a good day for some soup. Had some leftover smoked chicken in the freezer, so why not some Smoked Chicken Tortilla soup for dinner. I think it was a wise choice and mighty tasty. IMG_0237.JPG IMG_0238.JPG

johnsbrewhouse Proper use of “draining the freezer”. Great job. Sometimes finding those hidden gems in the freezer only come with a PURGE.

Dr_Pain You can find it in User Recipes. I think it’s Black Forest Chocolate Cherry Cake. Simple cake that is delicious. Have made it with cherry Coke and Cherry Dr Pepper both.

Awesome!!! I will have this on my table in the next 2 weeks for sure LOL!!

ND Mike If you run out of Ice Cream, some real whipped cream worked pretty good also.
