Tex_77 We must have been on the same wave length, but I don’t know why. It is still too hot & humid here right now.

Enchiladas two ways. Half are beef with red sauce filling and the other half are chicken with a verde sauce filling. All pretty tasty…wayyyy too much food for 2.5 people though!

I love a good Mexican food coma, it’s the best of all coma’s.
HerbcoFood One of the best sort of Comas to experience!

Tex_77 That dinner looks awesome but it also looks like you wanted to punish whichever kid does the dishes in your house that night! RafterW Those look amazing and FYI, you’ll want to check out this weeks podcast. We should have a post with the podcast up a little later over at https://meatgistics.waltonsinc.com/category/53/podcast or you can go find it on iTunes or google podcast or anything like that

I know it looks weird and sounds weird but it is a great burger. I went plain old white bread just like when I was a kid. One piece of bread has Tabasco pepper jelly and the other side has peanut butter with fresh sliced raw jalapeños. The burger is topped with a slice of havarti cheese! This goes great with beer! We call it a nutter burger.

ND Mike Well, I spoke with someone in Dothan a few years ago that had a food truck & sold what he called a “Dothan Dog” He said it was a hotdog with peanut butter on it & he claimed it was very good. I still have not tried it, yet. Now we have a Nutter Burger, not just any old burger, this a complete Nutter Burger. Then that reminds me of another story, for another time.

I am a fan of slathering chunky peanut
butter on a loaded cheeseburger from time to time. -
