Jonathon Thanks, those are just Fiesta brand plates, it’s the exact same plates that you see at Tex-Mex restaurants. Super heavy duty and can put up with a decent amount of abuse.

Had a ham of a time in the refer that needed attending too. So, made up a cherry, bourbon injection & smoked with cherry wood & bourbon barrel staves. Sprayed with a cherry/Cherry Cranberry/Cider Vinegar spray for moisture. Then made up a cherry, bourbon (Old Forrester 101) glaze, with real good cherry juice, fresh cherries, dried cherries, brown sugar, & mustard. You get to have your desert & eat it too!calldoctoday - WOW!

Iam always looking to try something new in the kitchen I have put stuffing in and also mashed potatoes in another one what I use for the meatloaf is 2/3 ground beef and 1/3 Italian sausage with Italian bread crumbs and egg and I mix in a 4 oz can of finely chopped mushrooms ,salt & pepper the mushrooms give it an earthly flavor
