        bocephus its a trip down memory lane. My Grandma would make me a batch of Chex mix and a peach pie for Christmas. They were two of my favorite things when I was a kid.

              ND Mike we love it too. The wife made a 5 gallon bucket full for the week of Thanksgiving. It’s almost gone.

                                I made smoked turkey green chile soup last night. I made the stock from the left over turkey bones and the usual broth ingredients. I will add more beans next time, but it was really good having that smokey flavor. I also made some homemade chips from corn and flour tortillas.

                                          HerbcoFood Great use of left over turkey. I also smoked our turkey. Made turkey and dumplings and a big pot of turkey noodle soup. You can get alot out of an old turkey carcass.
