Also made no cook jam from local strawberries then injected it into fresh baked strawberry-vanilla cupcakes, topped with homemade whipped cream.

Nothing like a nice simple burger. Cheese, mayo, garden fresh lettuce and onion.

Its a hot one today and we have been working on our garage. I managed to get my first zucchini from the garden. I cooked it on the outdoor griddle with mushrooms and onions. I marinated some chicken tenders and cooked them on the griddle also. Nice light and tasty meal.

My wife is making a roadtrip, so I made her and daughter some brisket breakfast tortillas to eat and take with. Fried white corn tortillas, scrambled eggs with lots of cheese in them, and a slice of brisket!
Also checked her tire pressures, oil, and coolant, so I’m in good graces with her this morning!

Made 12.5 lbs. of Habanero Bbq w/ high temp cheddar snack sticks. Great stuff, I also added sure gel and encapsulated citric acid.
