So i traded about a pounds of brats and 3 pounds breakfast sausage for, 4 1" 1/2 t-bones, so i thought Mother’s Day would be a great day to cook a couple up. I also made some lyonanse potatoes and creamed spinach to go with it!

Me: What do you want for mother’s day?
              Mom: Grilled chicken.
Me: Only if you make potato salad.
              Mom: Done.

              Simple easy lunch.

Well my wife wasn’t sure what she wanted so I just wanted to cover my bases. T-bone, a couple of venison tenderloins and back straps wrapped in bacon and a pair of Hatch green chili and cheese. A couple of accoutrements, sauteed mushrooms and onions and corn. Popsicles for dessert.

YooperDog That’s a good looking me. My wife requested hot dogs so I made her a cheeseburger. I told her I was to sore to go downstairs to the freezer to get them homemade ones out. We prepped all the raised beds today and I put in three new 150 gallon containers, plus she went out with her parents of lunch and my invite was still on the phone.

Ya’ll all are putting me to shame Chefs!
I just picked up one of them thar black rodents with the whitish streak down its back, torched the hair off of it and threw it on the top of the burn barrel that I was dealing with the trash that had piled up against the front of mes homestead.

Momma thought the offerings were a bit hard to gnaw through this time but as usual she said very tasty and thanked me. I think I did right, she says the same. That’s how we have stayed together so long Ie guess.

I brined and grilled some boneless skinless chicken breast on the Kamado, and roasted a batch of green and purple Asparagus from the garden with Parmesan, garlic and brown butter. I cooked some rice and topped it with some “Cry Baby Craigs” hot sauce. If you like a good hot sauce with a garlic flavor, I recommend it.

GWG8541 What I liked about it was it has some actual habanero flavor, most Habanero seasonings are just straight heat!

Jonathon yes it does. Since they pickle their Habaneros it really brings the flavor out. The hint of garlic enhances the flavor with a good heat.
