RON PARRISH Garden items!!! Heck, we just had snow flakes this morning. Some fresh veggies from the garden would definitely put that dish OTP. Nice meal for sure. Yay for you guys.

Spatchcocked and smoked a whole chicken. Also made some apple coleslaw to go along with it.

RON PARRISH wow now that is an asparagus bed. Mine is only 4x8. I wish it was bigger 😪. My wife and kids eat it so fast that I never get seconds.

I was going to fire up the grill for the first time this year, rain started, no problem. Well that changed to snow and it is sticking. So back to CI and the stove. Cooked up a T-bone and a cowboy ribeye and added some sides, life is good.

RON PARRISH I’ve had one meal from mine so far. I still like breaking one off fresh and eating it right out of the earth. Good stuff.
