How much of the bacon taste booster did you use per pound? I never used it out side of a rub or brine. Looks good.

My 5 year old at it again, at times I feel like I am raising an old man, all that she hasn’t requested is coffee black, the newspaper and a pack of smokes to complete this meal!!

Halloween charcuterie board for costume party. First attempt at a charcuterie board. I think it came out pretty darn good. But definitely much harder than it looks in the videos I watched to get me to this point.

cdavis next time stuff it in a bologna casing
I call it “burger bacon” it works great. Slice it about 3/8" thick and cover the burger when you flip it

I would be like a proud papa with the M4 strapped to the chest like the first time a boy came to get my daughter. Let’s say he did not come back. No grubby hands would touch that board LOL!

Shredded the ham with forks and had to get the boning knife out to get some of it off the bone. Also this is by far my favorite way to eat ham, all I need is some mustard and a sweet roll.
