HerbcoFood I maybe should have given you the direct and named shout-out, but you made it on the podcast today. The episode we released today talked real quick about your issue, and stuff related there!

Austin Sounds like you need to remake the entire podcast! That is okay, just glad you were able to figure it out.

My 5 year old at it again, at times I feel like I am raising an old man, all that she hasn’t requested is coffee black, the newspaper and a pack of smokes to complete this meal!!

Since I was playing a little game I didn’t post in the thread but last night was Pad Thai (minus the bean sprouts). And yes I love sriracha LOL!

Halloween charcuterie board for costume party. First attempt at a charcuterie board. I think it came out pretty darn good. But definitely much harder than it looks in the videos I watched to get me to this point.

How much of the bacon taste booster did you use per pound? I never used it out side of a rub or brine. Looks good.

I call it “burger bacon” it works great. Slice it about 3/8" thick and cover the burger when you flip it
