          Steven Winscot Congratulations on a great win & doing a fantastic job putting it to good use. That has got to be the neatest freezer I have ever seen. I wish I could get ours to looking half as neat as that, as much as I try. I thought maybe getting some high quality stainless steel baskets might help, but wither I don’t find them or I find them & the are the wrong size. You did a great job though with nothing but the meat!

          calldoctoday I use milk jug crates in my upright and chest freezers for bulk items (plastic ones don’t weigh as much). They work well.

              calldoctoday I use milk jug crates in my upright and chest freezers for bulk items (plastic ones don’t weigh as much). They work well.

                      calldoctoday You should see he freezer I dumped all the stuff into to clean this one out, its a mess. It was time for a defrost and a fresh start for the upright.

                        calldoctoday Getting the pork outta the way. Hunting season is almost upon us and i have a cow tag, hoping to connect but I’m not that young anymore, so We’ll see if i can run one down before one of these Youngsters can cut me off.

                              smoked 20# of polish this morning. Started with Excalibur polish mix, added 1T of garlic powder, 1/2t black pepper, and 1 1/2 cups soy protein. smoked 4 hours over a oak fire. Made them long to cut up into chunks for our shrimp boil in a couple weeks
