    Halloween charcuterie board for costume party. First attempt at a charcuterie board. I think it came out pretty darn good. But definitely much harder than it looks in the videos I watched to get me to this point.

      cdavis next time stuff it in a bologna casing
      I call it “burger bacon” it works great. Slice it about 3/8" thick and cover the burger when you flip it

          I would be like a proud papa with the M4 strapped to the chest like the first time a boy came to get my daughter. Let’s say he did not come back. No grubby hands would touch that board LOL!

                    Today is the day I am making my yearly pot of pinto beans, it all starts with the boiling of the ham. As the day goes on, you’ll just have to be patient to watch how this all comes together…

                      It took about 25 minutes to get the water boiling, but we are rolling now baby…now the longest part of the cook begins…

                        My 5 year old at it again, at times I feel like I am raising an old man, all that she hasn’t requested is coffee black, the newspaper and a pack of smokes to complete this meal!!

                                    Shredded the ham with forks and had to get the boning knife out to get some of it off the bone. Also this is by far my favorite way to eat ham, all I need is some mustard and a sweet roll.

                                        HerbcoFood sorry man but I glanced and was automatically transported back to anatomy lab and the prepared specimens we had. I seriously saw human lungs and a heart and though the bone was the abdominal aorta ROFL!

                                        The shredded version just looks so good though

                                          Happy Halloween everyone. Started today with some Holly mixed with Chipotle breakfast sausage in the CI. Made some gravy and baked a few biscuits to go along with it.
