Dr_Pain. These look amazing!
They were flavorful, juicy and very satisfying. I thought recooking them would make them yuk and the skin would not do too well but the experiment paid off. I will definitely do this again
Dr_Pain Now, you know and can do it with confidence in the future.

RON PARRISH She’s a keeper and congrats. That’s something that very few get for a anniversary gift.

Testing a recipe or two in anticipation of thanksgiving leftovers. Here is a turkey, bacon, avocado, and pear panini with provolone. The provolone oozed over after I sliced it, it is blocking all the layers fortunately/unfortunately.

RafterW Nice real nice, I’d hammer that sans the berries on top.

The garden is staring to give up now, so I took advantage of some of the plants that are hanging on. I fried green tomatoes, okra, and egg plant with grilled pork chops on lump charcoal. The chops were dry rubbed with SPG, brown sugar and a touch of Chipotle powder. I also used a little mayo with mashed garlic to finish. We dined on our patio and enjoyed another great fall day. Great day to be alive.
