They were flavorful, juicy and very satisfying. I thought recooking them would make them yuk and the skin would not do too well but the experiment paid off. I will definitely do this again

So I made some patties out of Willies that was left in the stuffer along with some dipping eggs (over easy) and toast. Hit the spot for a quick breakfast. I made a plate for the wife too. Now to finish the snack sticks.

Snack sticks I would do but not Salami stuffing. That is what I make most often

ND Mike Nothing better than homemade chicken noodle soup on a blustery day, unless you add a grilled cheese with it. My wife makes homemade noodles for ours, have some soup in the fridge right now.

PapaSop you have to put beans in it good old tight black beans or kidney beans

I use both chili and kidney beans.

Testing a recipe or two in anticipation of thanksgiving leftovers. Here is a turkey, bacon, avocado, and pear panini with provolone. The provolone oozed over after I sliced it, it is blocking all the layers fortunately/unfortunately.

The garden is staring to give up now, so I took advantage of some of the plants that are hanging on. I fried green tomatoes, okra, and egg plant with grilled pork chops on lump charcoal. The chops were dry rubbed with SPG, brown sugar and a touch of Chipotle powder. I also used a little mayo with mashed garlic to finish. We dined on our patio and enjoyed another great fall day. Great day to be alive.
