RafterW Nice spring tom! So I take it you will not miss another spring season. It is one of my favorite times of the year. Love hunting those limb chickens.

kyle Very nice bird! Our season just ended and numbers were way down. I saw a few jakes but passed on them. First time in twenty years I didnt fill a tag. I still enjoyed every minute of it though. Something about the spring woods!

YooperDog we stayed at our deer shack for Turkey season. Had the wood stove going 3 of the 4 days we were there. Pretty sad for the end of may. Hope you get your gobbler

Went out to the Chandeluer Islands this past weekend for 2 days of fishing. It was an epic of an adventure as everyone says it is. As a boat of 9 we brought home 212 trout, 7 red fish, 4 black drum and 4 flounder. I also caught my biggest red fish to date. These pics are from the Saturday evening fish, needless to say us 4 were in the X!

gus4416 Honestly we weren’t really in big water, the deepest I remember seeing it get was 20 or so feet. In the mornings the wind was blowing pretty good but the swells weren’t more than 2’. But it was enough to wake you up from hearing the water slap the side of the mother ship we were sleeping on.
