      Finally able to do a little low and slow smoking. Did two racks of baby backs. Worked out perfect as we were doing some yard work while the ribs did their thing. It was a good meal.20220515_141320.jpg 20220515_183136.jpg

            Grilled some Cajun deer brats and hot dogs after work. It’s not those delicious looking deer chops that Ron Parrish made, but they tasted pretty good.

                            Here are a few little slow smoked Country Style Ribs that are left, after everyone chomped away on them something quick. They were real good with some last years corn on the cob & this really nice Country Boule Andrew made.
