What did everyone cook today?

Weather was so great today, decided to pretend it was summer. Filet with homemade bacon on the grill
and potato salad with my home canned potatoes. -
mrobisr Wish I could take credit for it, but that is all HerbcoFood on that one.

Fettuccini Alfredo with prosciutto, sun dried tomatoes and spinach. It came out a little soupy, but I man it will set up perfectly for left overs since the pasta will soak most of it up.
HerbcoFood YUMMMMMMMM!!! It may have calories. So, donโt do it daily. Balance is the key. This does look GOOODDDDDD!

I am off today and threw together a breakfast skillet brunch for the wife and I. I love my old Griswold skillet!
Topped it off with some cheese.

HerbcoFood yep! There was supposed to be 4 eggs but we only had three left in the carton. My kids must have went on an egg eating spree!

Nothing fancy. Homemade kraut with kielbasa heated in a pan. Going over mashed taters when the wife gets home with the taters, guess I should have checked to see if we had some
