bocephus I understand. Sometimes those Farmers Markets are pretty good & make it easy to can & get in the pot. Sadly to say, gardening can be like hunting at times & does not always seem to save you a lot of money, even if you are trying to go all organic.

Pretty much the last of my peppers, some went into a cream cheese and sour cream spread/dip
The rest were dehydrated and turned into HOT seasoning powder

Does processing involve chopping and grinding? If so, is it like some peppers or onions with a lot of aromatics and watering eyes?

YES! And if you get your face over top of processer when you take lid off it feels like your eyes are melting and can’t see for a bit. Have to be very careful
