You guys seen this? It collapses into a cutting board, and expands so your seasoning doesn’t go everywhere when you are pouring / rubbing in. I was looking at some you-tube pork butt cooks and saw this. I believe I will order me one. This is a great idea.
lkrfletcher yep my mother-in-law actually sent me a picture of this earlier this summer. They look handy. Let us know how you like it.

ND Mike - Will do. I am seasoning up a pork butt this weekend for a smoke. Gotta try the new spiceology stuff I just got on some chicken and pork chops too (sous vide style).
-
I actually bought one of these at Boomgars a few months ago because I thought it looked handy but I have never used it yet.

The base is 14” x 12”, it expands to the first stage at 3” tall and fully expanded is 6” tall.

It also has rubber tipped feet to keep it from sliding around.
The lid doesn’t snap on though. It just on top so it isn’t a complete seal.

-
That’s pretty cool, is it dishwasher safe?
-
Not sure, it doesn’t say anywhere on it. Only says capacity, 16 liters.
-
Grimpuppy Yeah usually if it doesn’t mention it, then it’s a no go.

I tried mine on the pork butts I just tried to smoke. It worked perfectly. Didn’t spill any seasoning on my countertops. Perfect. Highly recommended. -

ND Mike - I only paid $13 for mine on amazon and it worked well. Gonna season up some chickens for a cook this weekend. It is perfect.

Grimpuppy Wish the cover snapped tight but I guess for applying a rub would work well.

Austin Why does this ring a bell…did someone bring it up a long time ago on Meatgistics or did someone we work with carry it?
