You guys seen this? It collapses into a cutting board, and expands so your seasoning doesn’t go everywhere when you are pouring / rubbing in. I was looking at some you-tube pork butt cooks and saw this. I believe I will order me one. This is a great idea.

It doesn’t look like it would hold up under high temps unless its made of silicone .

I was 99%, and verified it on the Drip EZ website. I don’t have one, but I can definitely see the use. Problem is when I’m cooking, it is usually enough that I’d need an army of these. What I’ve started doing is using sheet pans from the local restaurant supply and covering them in foil. I can get 6 butts on one of these, contain the rub, and if you cover it in foil first, cleanup is a breeze!

There is a possibility that Cameron’s would have something like that. We also had a set of collapsible bowls like that in the studio kitchen at one point in time, but never anything with a lid.

The lid doesn’t snap on though. It just on top so it isn’t a complete seal.
