It also has rubber tipped feet to keep it from sliding around.
The lid doesn’t snap on though. It just on top so it isn’t a complete seal.

Not sure, it doesn’t say anywhere on it. Only says capacity, 16 liters.

Grimpuppy Yeah usually if it doesn’t mention it, then it’s a no go.

I tried mine on the pork butts I just tried to smoke. It worked perfectly. Didn’t spill any seasoning on my countertops. Perfect. Highly recommended.

Sheesh my wife would allow me back in the bedroom if I worked on my pork butts without having half the seasoning on the counter, and use her fancy white towels to wipe it off LOL!

ND Mike - I only paid $13 for mine on amazon and it worked well. Gonna season up some chickens for a cook this weekend. It is perfect.

Jonathon Not sure. There is a possibility that Cameron’s would have something like that. We also had a set of collapsible bowls like that in the studio kitchen at one point in time, but never anything with a lid.

As to the dishwasher safe question, it is. I was 99%, and verified it on the Drip EZ website. I don’t have one, but I can definitely see the use. Problem is when I’m cooking, it is usually enough that I’d need an army of these. What I’ve started doing is using sheet pans from the local restaurant supply and covering them in foil. I can get 6 butts on one of these, contain the rub, and if you cover it in foil first, cleanup is a breeze!

Hopefully, no one will read the title of this thread and think this would be safe to use in a smoker to catch dripping grease from a brisket or butt. It doesn’t look like it would hold up under high temps unless its made of silicone .
