I had never heard of them either till they built a store around here about 6 months ago.

Interesting concept. I wonder if they have different sizes (one I could marinade a pastrami in for example)?

The base is 14” x 12”, it expands to the first stage at 3” tall and fully expanded is 6” tall.

It also has rubber tipped feet to keep it from sliding around.
The lid doesn’t snap on though. It just on top so it isn’t a complete seal.

Not sure, it doesn’t say anywhere on it. Only says capacity, 16 liters.

I tried mine on the pork butts I just tried to smoke. It worked perfectly. Didn’t spill any seasoning on my countertops. Perfect. Highly recommended.

Sheesh my wife would allow me back in the bedroom if I worked on my pork butts without having half the seasoning on the counter, and use her fancy white towels to wipe it off LOL!
