craigrice that was the only problem with the franks liquid, the sticks stayed pretty moist, It didnt bother me, but it might some people. I did see they make it in powder, so i’m trying that next. I dont know, maybe tomato paste would work better in BM sticks. or maybe Jonathon or Chef know if they make tomato powder

I tried the buffalo blue cheese sticks with the same lack of flavor. They were good, but not enough buffalo flavor for me. The next batch I replaced some of the water with Frank’s hot wing sauce. They turned out pretty good. I wonder if there is something you could do with the bloody Mary sticks like that

Thanks for the idea. I’ll be trying some of the powder in the next batch.

Craig Rice I wouldn’t say that they are lacking in taste but they don’t have that alcohol burn that I expect with the bloody mary taste. They could do it too, the |Tuscan-Style-Vodka-Flavored-Sausage-Seasoning has it.

Made 3# of Bloody Mary snack sticks with added dehydrated tomato powder. They’re tasty but still not true bloody Mary taste. Wife says she likes the extra tomato flavor.
