Time for me is relative to where I was or what I was doing at some place and time. 1700hrs some where can only be truly understood by some, only a few. Who have been there and done that. Bob Stehlik Come on now, don’t mislead the young retiree. You get no days off, No more vacations (trips only), no sick days, no Sure happy its Friday feelings… OH YA, No holidays off. glen Well I finished my second batch of snack sticks and I will keep making them. Total cook time was 4 hours and that was because my wife bought me a new smoker and I am still learning. The sous vide cook time was 1/2 hour. So much nicer not starting the cooking at 6AM and pulling at 8PM and than cleanup. The coleman cooler was the best.
(I want to be just like Jonathon when I grow up) LOL
