On a #5 batch, I fill a red solo cup up with ice and then fill with water. I dump 1/3 of the water (not the ice) in every time I switch directions. Probably comes out to about 7oz like PapaSop uses. I stuff into 16mm casings with a 3/8 tube.

I did! My son stopped by and joined me. He’s on vaca too. Having an MGD now. Gonna play some pasture pool with my brother in about an hour.
Is this what retirement will be like??? God I hope so…😁

A little off topic but since I’m on vaca, is it to early for a Bloody Mary?

PapaSop a Bloody Mary is technically salad with all the tomato in it, so its good to go.

Bob Stehlik GWG8541 YooperDog Fat_Bob, as well as many on this blog. I have to share a thought. We, you and I have traveled thru all 26 time zones. And lived in some. Time for me is relative to where I was or what I was doing at some place and time. 1700hrs some where can only be truly understood by some, only a few. Who have been there and done that. Still sounds great. Still my best answer to “ is the sun over the yardarm" , Aaaarrrrgggghhhh! God’s speed… Joe

GWG8541 Good thought. For those of lesser travel: “The sun is over the yardarm”
It is the appropriate time of day to begin drinking alcohol. A “yardarm” is a horizontal bar on the mast of a ship, and it is supposed that when the sun passed it at a certain time of day (around noon), sailors were allowed to drink.

Bob Stehlik Come on now, don’t mislead the young retiree. You get no days off, No more vacations (trips only), no sick days, no Sure happy its Friday feelings… OH YA, No holidays off. I have to schedule my self a day off regularly. Worst is the honey do list grows exponentially… After 10 years of retirement i don’t know where i ever had the time for full employment. Joe, an overworked retiree said that ☺
