calldoctoday I don’t think your butcher block is thick enough, it needs at least another 1/8" of thickness!

Chef wow that looks great. That picture looks like it is from a cooking magazine. I can only imagine it tastes even better than it looks.

HerbcoFood calldoctoday I have that very chopping board. Fantastic tool for the kitchen.

The end cut is the key to a great chopping board. It allows healing to a much greater extent than side cut boards.

For anyone who cooks a lot, I recommend getting one great chopping board. Your kids will fight over which one gets it… LOL

Being cold and windy out called for good old fashioned ND comfort food. I’m sure many of you are familiar with this staple. I present to you the utilitarian but satisfying Tater Tot Hotdish.

I have problems making pretty food sometimes, but these ham and beans are incredible on taste. Excalibur Five Pepper Blend was added while soaking the hambone and Butter Garlic and Applewood Rub was added when the beans were. Cooked on low in a crockpot for 10 hours. Pulled the bone after cooking, the meat fell right off. Drained the broth. Delicious!! Good use of way too early Thanksgiving leftovers.
