We are firm believers in left overs. Why fire up a grill for a single meal when you can have multiples?

Surg what temperature did you cook those ribs to
I usually cook them till they are medium. I don’t actually take temperatures on thin cuts, but judge doneness more by appearance, time, and meat texture.

Multi-ethnic dining tonight. Country style pork ribs dredged in kabob spices and grilled.
Served with steamed Shanghai cabbage, home-made kim chi, steamed rice garnished with nuoc cham.

processhead looks great but who eats all the leftovers?

As I mentioned we are fans of leftovers, so the wife and I will cook enough for multiple meals. Some may get frozen and eaten at a later date but usually we will nibble away at the grilled meat till its gone since it reheats well and tastes just as good or better over time.

Got an eye of the round roast on the Treager injected with Pa’s Black Bull #2 for a low and slow smoke. Going to repeat the smoked coffee experiment as well, this time using my roasted Kona coffee beans that are wetted with water. They are in the cold side of the smoker, smoking at the same time as the eye. We’ll see if I get smoke to the beans this time. I’ll keep you posted.

It works great but you need to be doing something I just walk now and it doesn’t do much for me
gus4416 - Will do Gus - I walk 5 miles a day minimum. Will see how it goes.
