Finally had a few spare minutes to cook Sarah a nice meal. Ribeye steak on the charcoal grill with fresh grilled asparagus just picked out of the garden.

scottfletcher I also had pizza last night but only from the oven. I’ve been going to try it on a stone in my GMG. Did you use a stone or cook it on the grates.

lkrfletcher That is for sure. Recently got some oryx from a friend, not sure which is better but I wouldn’t turn either one down.

wdaly On a stone. I have tried it on the grate but it will burn deep grate marks. The stone is perfect, you have to preheat it for awhile.

Dry Rub Chicken thighs in the air fryer last night. I whipped together a Quinoa salad as a side. Yum!

(Cooked this last night) Yesterday Jonathon gave me a steak to take home and I figured what a perfect time to try a reverse sear. This was my first time trying this method and it turned out pretty well! I ended up using the Bold and Spicy Kansas City Style, Rump Rub and it was really good.IMG_1789.jpg IMG_1790.jpg

Tex_77 Yes that was what I was told to use, but I didn’t have that one at home like I thought I did, unfortunately. Next time I will definitely use that one.

JustinT It’s ok that you didn’t, contrary to Jonathon there are other seasonings that work just as well if not better than Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub
