Nothing special but a quick breakfast sandwich before I go to work at 1000. The eggs were seasoned with Walton’s Ultimate Steak and Roast seasoning. I love that stuff on almost everything. The bagel 🥯 is a gluten free everything bagel and is really good.20220210_085105.jpg

Tex_77 Question for you have you ever took the chicken on the run and put it in a zip lock bag and put the chicken in and coated it all over with just dry chicken on the run

gus4416 Are you asking without using the marinade? Yes, it still comes out good, but I think the time I did that it was with chicken tenders and I fried them. For whole chicken pieces, I would def. recommend the marinade it is inexpensive, and goes a long ways.

gus4416 I do this all the time before I put it on the grill. Works great for legs and thighs not as good for skinless breasts, although my wife likes the flavor with some extra seasonings added.

Dr_Pain Since it is in your drying chamber I am assuming you fermented that peperoni and will keep it until semi-dried? Peperoni is on my list to do the meat has been in the freezer long enough to be trich free at this point.

I agree sometimes just let the main star be the star and stand on it’s own flavor.

mrobisr Those were heirloom tomatoes my local grocer had. I spotted them a few weeks ago and thought about buying them then. They were a little past their prime, but still had good flavor.
