Charred some fine animal flesh today (ribeyes) for a birthday dinner tonight and had some fine brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar and a baked Yukon gold potato. IMG_0306.JPG IMG_0304.JPG

johnsbrewhouse Happy Birthday. We’re in the same boat. I cook all the steaks because my wife wants her’s well done. I’ve always said if we want steak on Friday, I have to put hers on to cook on Tuesday. Your birthday meal looks amazing.

Biscuits and gravy this morning. Used the sausage I made yesterday using the Holly Regular Pork Sausage with extra Sage added. The wife tolerates the spice level better on the Holly better than others, but wants more sage. May order the #1504 CSX and see how she likes that one.IMG_0301.JPG IMG_0300.JPG

gus4416 sweet potatoe, not pumpkin. Similar in texture only. I like Sweet Potatoe better than pumpkin.
